Makeover/Identity Crisis
So, for the 858th time I am revisiting the blog.
You have any idea when I started this blog? It was a long long time ago, a time when blogspot was cool!
Oh yeah, there was a time, my friend!
Blogspot was that pager, that floppy disc and the floppy drive, it could potentially be the next Google Plus. @ Gen Z - Google the heck of all of this.
Yet, here I am! Once again! Because of course, wordpress is new (a.k.a. not blogspot) and my absolute lack of commitment to this blog does not warrant any efforts to be made in understanding a new platform which may or may not exist when the AI invasion happens.
In the last 10 years or so that I had it, I created two blogs, shared only the first of them and with only two people, then proceeded to delete all contents from that first blog, created this second new one and posted every six months or so.
I have had multiple change of identities, voice overs, approaches, themes, objectives and even URLs - I have been an anguish blogger, funny blogger, third-person blogger, cutesy blogger, sickeningly-cutesy-dreamy-movie-heroine blogger and that was only 2014. Now, those are the rare magical times when my idea struck the same time that I had the laptop, time and mindspace. Think of all the other brilliant ideas you are deprived of, which were bathed down or walked off or stared into the dark night. Just when I think I got the coolest plot line, a random synapse throws another. But HEY! George Martin does it all the time and you had no problem!*
So, the latest theme is free association - in case you are into clichés or nerdologues, you would know this. If not, google.**
So, change of theme, change of tagline, no change of URL (primarily because I did not get the one I wanted).
Also, the last two posts stay here - because, why not! I never guaranteed coherence.
If I have not worn out this bit by tomorrow, we will say hello.
*Or so I have been told, I don't give a rat's ass to Game of Thrones
**I can see this turning into a Google ad, but unintentionally of course
